Coffee Cup Creations Review and Giveaway - Ends 8/30/10

First I would like to Thank Natalie from Coffee Cup Creations on giving me the opportunity to review the Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Coffee Cup Creation and the opportunity for one of my readers to win a Coffee Cup Creation mix of their choice.
When I received my package I couldn't wait to try it! Oh, this Coffee Cup Creations is delicious! It's the perfect size for one person.
Here are the instructions for the Banana Chocolate Chip Bread.
1/2 Ripe banana
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Mix
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray inside of mug with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place banana in small bowl. Mash banana with egg, oil, and cinnamon. Stir in bread mix until well blended.
3. Pour batter into prepared mug and bake 25 - 30 minutes or until top springs back when gently touched. Place sealed glaze bag in microwave and cook on MEDIUM-HIGH 30 - 45 seconds or until chips melt. Knead bag until chocolate is smooth. Cut small corner in bag and drizzle glaze over bread.
