KIWI Shoe Care Review and Giveaway - Ends 10-20-10
First, I would like to Thank KIWI Care for giving me the opportunity to review their wonderful products. The family all got together and got all of our slippers, shoes and boots ready for the winter storms ahead. The KIWI product line is great at protecting your footwear.

With winter approaching, you will need to protect your shoes and boots, from the rain and snow. I received a 12 ounce can of KIWI Boot Protector, 4.25 ounce can of KIWI Suede & Nubuck Protector and a KIWI Leather Care Kit.
The Boot Protector has a unique silicone formula that bonds to leather and fabrics to create an extremely tough barrier, while still allowing materials to breathe. Ideal for work, hunting, hiking footwear and other outdoor footwear. Odorless when dried and cured.
The Kiwi Suede & Nubuck creates an invisible shield of special polymer, designed to help you weather the storm without damaging your shoes. The shield protects your shoes against water and stains, so that they look newer longer and will last you through more than one season.

I learned that you should let wet suede shoes dry naturally and never put close to direct heat. I've always tried to dry asap!

I learned that If your shoes get wet, allow them to dry completely before wearing them again. Once your shoes have dried, waterproof them again with a multi-purpose protector.

The Kiwi shoe care products web-site recommends special care for suede shoes. They recommended a regular water-proofing through the use of their products.

To polish your shoes effectively, always remove the shoelaces from your shoe before you start polishing your shoes.

I learned that you should never dry wet suede in front of or over a heater! Best yet is too pre-treat it with Kiwi before you ever wear it.
