Olivia's Croutons Review and Giveaway - Ends 11-11-10
First, I would like to Thank Olivia's Croutons for giving me the opportunity to review their wonderful Croutons. My family loved these croutons. I made alot of salads and many other dishes with these croutons. I would definitely recommend them. They are very good! I received the following 5 boxes of different flavored Croutons:

Olivia’s History
Francie (Olivia's Mom) started Olivia’s Croutons in April of 1991. Their son David was almost two and daughter Olivia was three. They started in their own kitchen with the Butter & Garlic flavor, sold in brown bags, hand stamped with rubber stamps. Twenty bags was a big order and it took quite a long time to hand cut each loaf and bake the croutons in their conventional oven.They moved their business quite a few times and updated the way the croutons are made many times with bigger and better equipment.
They are continuing to have fun, meeting new vendors and exploring new markets. Francie really enjoy what she does. She likes making a product that people really love to eat and one that is unique to the market place. Francie prides her self on being an honest, hard working, uncomplicated person. As a family, they enjoy these tasty treats and they hope you will be fond of them too.
They also have a page of recipes for the croutons or the stuffing! So, they sell 5 flavors of croutons and different types of stuffing!

I learned that they live on a 50 acre homestead, are growing wheat for the croutons and producing their products in their brand new space, cleverly concealed inside the historic barn.

I learned that in April of 1993 they moved out of their kitchen and into a larger commercial kitchen that they had built in their basement.
