Touch screens are becoming more popular and modern touch screens are capacitive. Contrary to popular belief, these touch screens are not affected by the heat in your fingers. Instead, the touch screen reacts to the natural bioelectricity in your skin. Tiny amounts of moisture, salts, and oils on your skin create conductivity allowing electrons to flow between you and your device. I learned that they are called agloves because in the periodic table of the elements' symbol for silver. Silver is the key ingredient that allows Agloves to actually work on touch screens, so we had to incorporate it into the name.

How do I know if I have a capacitive screen?
To best understand how a pair of Agloves works, here is a test:
Step 1) Put on a pair of ordinary gloves or cover your finger with heavy fabric.
Step 2) Touch the screen of your phone or multimedia device.
If the touch screen does not respond when your finger is covered with fabric, you probably have a capacitive touch screen.
Step 3) Buy a pair of Agloves to make sure you can use your touch screen device in any weather.
I learned that some users even say that they can text more easily because of the ooomph of conductivity provided by the silver.

I learned that agloves actually contain silver!
They're washable in fact, water helps silver release its ions, so washing will make your gloves even more effective.
