Sahale Snacks Review and Giveaway - Ends 09-07-11
With school starting this week and next week around the world, you will be wonder what to give your children in their lunches. I got a great snack to tell you about, they are very convenient to throw into your children's lunches, the snacks are from Sahale Snacks. They are nutritious and delicious snacks that are perfect for school lunches! They are glazed almonds and cashews.
About Sahale Snacks
It all started with a climb up Mount Rainier in Washington State in August 2003. Josh and Edmond had some beautiful views but nothing delicious to eat. The trail mix and stale nuts they brought on their trip helped to replenish lost energy, but did nothing to satisfy their desire for something great tasting, nutritious and as adventurous as their travels. That experience inspired them to create Sahale Snacks. They went back to their kitchens and created unique combinations of premium nuts, dried fruits, and exotic spices, each reflecting a beautiful location, culture and/or culinary tradition somewhere in the world.
They use whole ingredients in their natural form -- such as cashews, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts -- and combine them with naturally dried and preservative-free (unsulphured) fruits, then add fabulous ingredients like organic orange blossom honey, lemongrass, balsamic vinegar, Moroccan harissa or pure ground Madagascar vanilla beans. They are all natural, delicious, conveniently packaged, and full of nutrition.
For this review I received six bags of Cashews with Pomegranate + Vanilla and six bags of Almonds with Cranberries, Honey + Sea Salt.
Cashews with Pomegranate + Vanilla
The Cashews with Pomegranate + Vanilla were delicious! Their whole roasted Cashews are teamed with Pomegranate and Apple, and balanced with pure Vanilla bean. Their light glaze adds just the right amount of sweetness.Almonds with Cranberries, Honey + Sea Salt
They're taking honey-roasted almonds in a brand new direction. They start with whole almonds and the finest orange blossom honey, add their naturally dried cranberries and top them with toasted sesame seeds and sea salt for an exquisite salty-sweet symmetry. Their light glaze adds just the right amount of sweetness. They are delicious!A product SAMPLE was received for review. I was not paid in any form of cash for this posting. The opinions expressed are my own and were NOT influenced in any way.
