Are you into healthy eating or trying to eat better? Have you heard of Dr. Praeger's? Dr. Praeger's products are all-natural that provide health benefits and taste delicious! All of Dr. Praeger’s products are all natural, low in cholesterol, have no preservatives, no trans fats and no or low-saturated fats. They are the perfect complement to an overall healthy lifestyle.
For this review I received two free product coupons up to $5.99 each. I picked out the Minced Fish Sticks and Potato Pancakes. They were delicious! The family really loved them! So, now I will be adding Dr. Praeger's products to my grocery list every week. I can't wait to try all of their fabulous products. Dr. Praeger's products include, Appetizers and Snacks, Veggie Burgers and Pockets, Veggie Chicken, Veggie Pancakes, Fish, Gluten Free and products for kids.
I had a hard time finding Dr. Praeger's products, but I finally got them at Trader Joe's. On the Dr. Praeger's website you can check their store locator, it has a 50 mile radius. Costco showed up for me as well, but my local Costco doesn't accept coupons.

Dr. Praeger's website has a lot of different recipes. Here's a recipe that I found that sounds delicious, I will have to try it!
Sweet Potato Mac & CheeseServes 6 (1 serving = 1 ¼ cups macaroni and cheese)
½ lb. cooked elbow macaroni (about 7 cups)
2 ½ cups 2 % milk
¼ cup flour
2 teaspoons mustard powder
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, divided
4 Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Potato Pancakes, defrosted, uncooked and crumbled
6 oz. (1 ½ cups) grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
3 oz. (¾ cup) grated reduced-fat Swiss or Gruyere cheese
1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Spray a 9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine milk, flour, mustard powder, half of cayenne pepper and half of salt in a 4-quart saucepan and whisk until flour is dissolved. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and whisk, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Add Dr. Praeger’s Sweet Potato Pancakes to mixture and whisk until smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted and mixture has thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add pasta to cheese mixture and stir to combine; put into reserved baking dish.
- Combine bread crumbs, olive oil, and remaining salt and cayenne pepper; sprinkle mixture evenly over pasta.
- Bake until bread crumbs are browned and pasta is bubbling, 45 to 50 minutes.
