In the Kitchen: Hazelnut Crunch Cake

Hi Everybody,

I got another holiday recipe to share with all of you.  It looks pretty tasty!

Hazelnut Crunch Cake with Mascarpone and Chocolate

Makes eight servings
What You’ll Need
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and skinned
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
2 (8-oz.) containers mascarpone cheese
1 cup cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
