Are you worried about fine lines, enlarged pores, blemishes and wrinkles? I got a fantastic product to tell you about, it's the Personal MicroDerm! I got this a little over three weeks ago and I am very impressed with this product! It does what it says it does, it gives you beautiful skin. It's easy to use and easy to change the exfoliating discs. My skin has improved greatly since I started using this. I would definitely recommend this fabulous product!
What Is Microdermabrasion?Microdermabrasion is an effective, non-surgical way to get rid of acne scars, fine wrinkles and sun spots by exfoliating the top layers of the skin. No chemicals or laser beams are used, only aluminum oxide micro crystals that gently sand the skin, leaving it smooth and fresh. Microdermabrasion also stimulates collagen production by using a vacuum, helping your skin repair itself faster than normal. It removes the top layer of dead skin which stands as a barrier to the penetration of cell renewal lotions and serums. Once the barrier is removed and the vacuum can bring the blood flow and collagen to the surface of the skin, the treatment lotions and serums are significantly more effective in aiding cell rejuvenation and healing.
What Does Microdermabrasion Involve? For a proper microdermabrasion treatment, you must cleanse the skin and wait for it to completely dry. The aluminum oxide micro crystal on the spinning disc is pressed against the skin with the cap flush to the skin. Suction vacuums the dead skin cells away into the filter. You slowly move the tool across your entire face, not just on treated areas, so that you don't experience inconsistence in skin texture or color. After your microdermabrasion treatment, you apply your toner and a soothing cell renewal lotion or serum. Make sure you use sun block daily during the treatment intervals. This will allow you to go back to your daily routine immediately after treatment.
Benefits of MicrodermabrasionThe PMD Personal Microderm is a great new device for microdermabrasion at home. Dr. Taylor tested this device on seven patients at the Gateway Aesthetic Institute and Laser Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Each of the patient did fifteen treatments at home. All of the the patients achieved excellent results and were happy with the PMD Personal Microderm treatments.
Clinical examinations and with before and after photography, proved that patients can achieve an improved skin appearance equal to the results they are able to obtain with their clinical microdermabrasion system in the clinic.
The greatest improvement will be seen in patients with early texture changes, sun damaged skin, uneven sun freckling, early seborrheic keratoses (small warty growths on the skin), mild comedonal (whitehead and blackheads) acne, and conditions where there is a buildup of dead skin like that seen in keratosis pilaris which causes bumpy skin on the arms and cheeks. The PMD personal microderm also smooths the skin to give a more even makeup application and to to remove minor skin blemishes. It is very important to read all of the instructions, watch the video and protect the skin from the sun before and after treatment. It it far better to do several mild treatments than to be too agressive in one treatment.
The PMD Personal Microderm is an amazing new home beauty tool. Try it. I believe it will become an important part of your skin youth and beauty maintenance program.
