Print Friendly and PDF

Do you love to cook?  I got a great cookbook to tell you about, it's The Muffin Tin Cookbook.  It has 200 fast, delicious mini-pies, pasta cups, gourmet pockets, veggie cakes and more!  When I received this cookbook, I was excited to try some of the recipes.  The first one I made was the Stuffed Potato Cups and it was very delicious!  Next I tried the Caramel Apple Mini Pies, oh YUM, they were delicious too!  My family loved both of these recipes and wants me to make many more from this cookbook.  Looking through the book I see that there are a lot of recipes I want to try.  These muffin tin recipes are great for entertaining, you can serve them as appetizers!  This is an awesome cookbook and I would recommend it!
