Do you love to cook? Have you ever tried cooking with clay cookware before? I received a wonderful opportunity to review the Romertopf Clay Cookware. I have never used clay cookware before, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. I decided to bake a chicken. First thing I did was to clean the clay cookware with water and a brush. Since this was the first time I used it, I had to soak the cookware in water for 15 minutes. I rinsed off the chicken and put it in the pot, I threw in some veggies and poured some chicken broth into the ovenpot. I baked it at 400º F for about an hour and a half. It smelled delicious, as it was cooking. I took it out of the oven and served it for dinner. It tasted delicious! The whole family loved it!
