Superfood Kitchen Cookbook Review
Have you ate any Superfoods lately? Are you always looking for ways to have more energy, like I am? My parents have always been into vitamins, herbs and other supplements, but they never really got into the healthy Superfoods. The more I read about Superfoods, the more I want to try to eat better and get all the nutritional benefits they have to offer! I do make a health tonic everyday that has some of the Superfoods in it, but I wanted to learn how to make delicious meals with Superfoods, that would taste good. For this review I received the Superfood Kitchen Cookbook and a bag of Cacao Sweet Nibs!
