I received four coupons for my review. This is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks/DIGIORNO. The opinions expressed are my own and were NOT influenced in any way.
On the weekends do you have a Pizza with friends and family? We usually do! It's a night where I don't have to figure out what to cook for dinner. That way, I get more fun time, with my family and friends. Well, last weekend I had the chance to try Pizzeria! from DiGiorno! I picked up four of the mouthwatering varieties, Four Cheese, Supreme Speciale, Primo Pepperoni and Italian Meat Trio!
On Friday or Saturday night we go to my stepson's house, it seems to be the gathering place for friends and family on weekends. Last Friday I brought two of the pizzas over. So, here we are on Friday night having a few glasses of wine and the men are having a few beers. We're all getting a little hungry, so I grab the pizzas out of the freezer and turn the oven on, the box says to put the pizza directly on the rack, but we decided to use a pizza stone. We were all having such a good time, everybody forgot to set the timer, we checked it after awhile and decided to cook it for a little bit longer. When we took it out of the oven the crust was just perfect, all nice and golden brown. It was really delicious and I love the idea that the crust has no artificial flavors or preservatives in it. That's a real plus for me!
The Four Cheese Pizza was full of cheese, it had a bubbling combination of mozzarella, fontina, parmesan and pecorino romano cheeses on it. Of course I had to have a piece of this one and I was surprised how awesome it tasted! You wouldn't have known it was a frozen pizza.
I couldn't wait to try the Supreme Speciale, it had caramelized onions on it! I don't know if I ever had a pizza that had caramelized onion on it before, but it was sure good! I think this would have to be my favorite Pizzeria Pizza from DiGiorno, because of the onions!
Everybody just loved the pizzas and they could hardly believe that they were frozen pizzas! The best part of all is that it only takes just over 20 minutes to bake. These pizzas taste better than so many of the home delivery pizzas, now they have a little competition with the Pizzeria! from DiGiorno! Plus, you can have plenty of pizzas on hand, right in your own freezer, which will save you a ton of money and you can bake them right in your own oven, it's the next best thing to homemade pizza! With that being said, the most skeptical frozen pizza consumers will be BIG BELIEVERS! I would definitely recommend the Pizzeria! from DiGiorno!
