Print Friendly and PDF

A product sample was received for review.  I was not paid in any form of cash for this posting.  The opinions expressed are my own and were NOT influenced in any way.

Are you looking for meals that you don't have to cook or bake?  With the summer heat, there are a lot of people that try and avoid turning on their ovens.  I use to be like that, until we got an air conditioner.  Sometimes it nice to just put something together for a meal, that is quick and easy, with no cooking or baking.

For this review I received a copy of "The No-Cook, No-Bake Cookbook (101 Delicious Recipes For When It's Too Hot To Cook)"!  I noticed, that while thumbing through this cookbook, that there are a lot of healthy type recipes.  I've been wanting to make more nutritious meals, so I was really interested in looking over this cookbook.  I found a lot of recipes that I want to try, but I decided to try a few of the recipes, before I did this review.  I tried the No-Bake Flourless Fig Brownies, Pizza Stacks and Overnight Oats.  I wasn't too sure how these recipes would taste, but to my surprise they were really good!  I can't wait to try more of the recipes!  I would recommend The No-Cook, No-Bake Cookbook, especially for the more healthy eaters out there!
