A product sample was received for review. I was not paid in any form of cash for this posting. The opinions expressed are my own and were NOT influenced in any way.

Once a week, I like to pamper myself.  You need to pamper yourself at least once a week, don't you think?  I'll give myself a facial, by cleaning my face and neck, then I'll use a facial scrub to exfoliate my skin and the next step would be the mask!  For this review I received the perfect mask, it's the Astrida Naturals Chamomile & White Willow Bark Face Mask Concentrate!  The mask comes in a dry loose clay.  I took a tablespoon of the mask mixture, added water and mixed it up on a small paper plate.  I used plastic gloves to apply it to my face and neck.  While, letting the mask dry, I gave myself a herbal foot soak.   After washing off the mask, I applied some coconut oil to my face and neck as a moisturizer.  For the finishing touch, I treat myself to an epsom salt bath.  The epsom salt will relieve any aches and pains, while drawing out impurities from your skin.  Before adding the two cups of epsom salt to my bath water, I add 5-10 drops of my favorite essential oils to the epsom salt and then I just add the mixture to the running bath water.

This is a perfect way to pamper your skin and have a spa day at home.  How do you pamper yourself?  Do you do facials, use face masks or special baths to pamper yourself?  There are so many ways people pamper themselves these days and I would love to hear all the ways you pamper yourself!

About the Astrida Naturals Chamomile & White Willow Bark Face Mask Concentrate

When I opened up the jar, I was surprised to see that it was a clay powder.  So, I put a tablespoon of the Chamomile & White Willow Bark Mask Concentrate on a paper plate and just added water until I had a nice consistency.  By using a paper plate and plastic gloves, it's an easy clean up!  The mask is green in color and really tightens up your skin.  As it was drying, my face started to itch alittle.  I waited about twenty minutes before I washed it off.  My skin felt tight, energized and looked fantastic!  I would highly recommend the Astrida Naturals Chamomile & White Willow Bark Face Mask Concentrate!  Another thing that I love about this mask is, that it is all natural and organic!

Features & Benefits:
  • White willow bark contains a natural source of salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid, which will help to clarify and exfoliate your skin.
  • Chamomile extract contains anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe your skin.
  • Made with Australian washed blue clay and French green clays that help to tone and purify your skin by dissolving impurities and regulate sebum production.
  • The anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties of the combined extracts make this a great face mask for acne prone skin.

Get creative:  This mask contains French green clay, Australian washed blue clay, white willow bark extract and chamomile extract and has only dry ingredients.  To use this mask, add water or your own wet ingredients and turn your pampering time into a customized and rejuvenating experience.

Directions:  Scoop one tablespoon of the dry mask ingredients into a container and mix with water, until everything is just wet enough to spread onto your face.  For a more customized mask, you can substitute hydrolsols, honey or aloe juice for the waterUse weekly after cleansing and exfoliating to help tone and revitalize your skin.  Once you add a wet ingredient to the mask, discard any leftovers.  Your remaining dry ingredients will remain ready to use.

My pampering when at home is soft music and candles burning while I bath is some sort of bath salt. Then I do a mask treatment and maybe my nails. When out of the home, I go for massages.
