You should all know by now, that I'm really into supplements. Sometimes it's hard to eat a healthy diet, so that's why I'm a big believer in supplements. Do you take supplements of any kind? When you go grocery shopping you'll notice, there are so many processed foods, that the store offers. The majority of them are full of preservatives and additives. Many of them have no nutritional value, so it would be wise to take supplements to make sure you are receiving the proper nutrients to keep your body healthy! I try and buy as many organic products as possible. So, you might say, that I try and counter attack the preservatives and additives, by taking a large quantity of supplements.
Vitamin B-12 is an essential vitamin for our health, every cell in our body uses vitamin B12. So, it's very important to make sure you get enough B-12 in your diet! Vitamin B-12 deficiency is more common then people may think, it can even mimic many symptoms of other diseases. So, it would be wise to have your doctor check your B-12. Vegetarians vegans and even meat eaters can be deficient in vitamin B-12. The B-12 foods, such as meat, eggs, and dairy won't do much good, if your small intestines are lacking the intrinsic factor. I have never heard of this until now. The intrinsic factor is a special protein produced in the small intestine that is the key to extracting B-12 from foods and assimilating it into the blood.
For this review I received a bottle of Noxicare Vitamin B-12! I was thrilled to receive this bottle of B-12. So, I've been taking it for about 2 weeks, thinking I was doing my body good, until I read a few articles on vitamin B-12. Well, I discovered that the Noxicare Vitamin B-12 has Cyanocobalamin in it, which is the WORST choice for Vitamin B-12!!! There are three types of Vitamin B-12, cyanocobalamin, hydroxycabalamin, and methylcobalamin. Of these three, experts agree that Methylcobalamin is the most beneficial! I would definitely NOT recommend the Noxicare Vitamin B-12, because of the Cyanocobalamin!
I gathered the majority of this information on the Natural News website and I would highly recommend Naturalnews.com!
