Working out is great for the body. Many people drink a pre-workout drink, which helps you endure the workout. Pre-Workout powders will help pick you up and push you through your exercise routine. They will help maximize your effort, with a subtle boost. Shopping for the best Pre-Workout drink can be a challenge! Make sure to stay away from high-caffeine drinks, because they will dehydrate you and make you crash towards the end of your workout. Many herbs and vitamins can naturally boost your energy, so pay attention to all the ingredients. If you don't know what they are, Google them. You don't want to end up with a Pre-Workout drink that has a bunch of chemicals in it.
About Elev8 and Krave Protein BarFor this review I received one single serving sample package of Elev8 and one Krave All Natural Protein Bar. The Elev8 has good intentions to help your work out and it has some awesome ingredients, but there are many bad ingredients. When I went to the website to see if they listed the ingredients, they only listed the good ingredients. I like a website to list every single ingredient. I did mix the powder up and I didn't care for the flavor and it had a funny blue color. With the five ingredients linked below, I can not recommend the Elev8, because they are not healthy for you!
N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Red Maca Root, Taurine, Coffee Bean Extract, Bee Pollen, L-Citruline DL-Malate2:1, DMAE Bitartrate, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT), Choline Bitartrate, Yohimbine HCL, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Citric Acid, (Contains: FD&C Blue #1), Malic Acid, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Xanthan Gum, Rice Hull Concentrate (Natural Anti-Caking Agent)
As for the Krave Protein bar, it didn't taste too bad, but yet again it has a couple of ingredients that I wouldn't want in my protein bars.
Krave Protein Bar Ingredients
Raw Oats, Whey Isolate, Chia Seeds, Wheat Pretzel, Natural Strawberry Jam, Agave Nectar, Natural Peanut Butter, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.
As you can see, it's very important to know what each ingredient is! I can not recommend either product, because of the ingredients.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
