Healthier eating is becoming more and more popular. Many people are going Sugar Free and Gluten Free! There are more and more people that are overweight or even obese, most likely the culprit is sugar. Then there are the diabetics that should avoid sugar. Sugar can make the body sick and that reminds me of an article I read called, "More Evidence Sugar Feeds Cancer", so I think it's a great idea to giving up sugar to improve your health!

In 1998, Brenda started experimenting, with Sugar Free desserts, so her mom could enjoy them. She is a diabetic and the choices at the time were limited. Brenda set out on a mission to satisfy her mother's sweet tooth. This was not an easy task, because her mom is an exquisite baker and very tough critic.
Brenda kept experimenting with sugar free recipes, baking cakes and muffins - even creating her own butter cream frosting... until one day, her Mom took a bite of her cake and declared it, “Simplesmente perfeito!” (’Just perfect’ in Portuguese). Brenda knew, she was on to something, when she started to get requests, from friends and family who didn’t even have diabetes..... And The Butterfly Bakery was born.
For this review, I received a Sugar Free Angel Food Cake and Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake! They both tasted awesome and have no sugar! Desserts that don't contain sugar is awesome, but there are some ingredients in both of them, that I would rather not consume, especially the sucralose. I'm allergic to sucralose.
Angel Food Cake Sugar Free
Water, maltitol, wheat starch, enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), egg whites, maltodextrin, baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate, salt, citric acid, carboxymethylcellulose, cream of tartar, artificial flavor, sucralose.

Chocolate Chip Loaf Cake No Sugar Added
