About Organic Matcha
For this review, I received one 4 ounce bag of Organic Matcha! It taste and smells like green tea. It's a nice light powder of Organic Matcha and it definitely gave me more energy. I felt energized and it didn't make me feel jittery or like I had too much coffee. I probably put a tablespoon in my health tonic that I make, but the package suggests ½ - 1 teaspoon. Since it gave me the energy I need, I would highly recommend Organic Matcha!
If you don't like the taste of green tea you can always add the Matcha into some recipes and the company, Kiss Me Organics has provided the perfect recipes on a pdf file. You can add the Matcha to Lattes, smoothies and other recipes.
Besides giving you energy, there are other benefits of using the Organic Matcha in your diet everyday.
