Eating a healthier diet can really benefit your body!
The Daniel Plan Cookbook Sampler
For this review, I received The Daniel Plan Cookbook Sampler! There was a total of twenty four recipes in this cookbook. I looked the cookbook over and I did see thirteen recipes that I would like to make. The Daniel Plan Cookbook is based on healthier options that would promote a long and healthy life. It's packed with healthy recipes that are full of flavor, yet packed with benefits for your body.
The Daniel Plan focuses on a healthier lifestyle program that is based on five essential principles of food, fitness, focus, faith and friends, with the latter three being what Dr. Rick Warren , describes as "the secret sauce". The program was developed and originated at Saddleback Church in 2011 and within the first year more than 15,000 church members collectively lost more than 250,000 pounds, while experiencing decreases in the health issues, stress, increases in spiritual growth and energy.
The Daniel Plan is not a diet, but rather a new way to live. It's not about deprivation, but rather abundance, with what healthy eating can bring to your physical body and mental attitude.
The creation of this cookbook was created to help individuals rediscover how easy it is to cook fresh, delicious whole foods!
