Lo Real Fruit Beverages, with Low Glycemic Impact

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a juice alternative.  Have you ever heard of Lo Real Fruit Beverages?  The Lo Real Fruit Beverages are a low glycemic juice alternative.  They are made with organic ingredients, sweetened with Organic Blue Agave Nectar and Stevia.  There are no preservatives, no artificial ingredients or sweeteners and they are GEO/GMO free.

The GI index is a numerical system, which measures how quickly blood glucose levels increase based on carbohydrate consumption.  The higher the number, the faster that particular food or beverage raises blood sugar.

For my review, I received one bottle of each of the following flavors.  A lot of people ask what Mojito is and, it's a popular drink with a hint of mint and lime.  I was really surprised how good the mint and lime were together.  My favorite out of the four flavors was the Pomegranate Mojito!  The only thing I didn't like about these beverages, was that they had agave nectar in them.
