Turmeric Curcumin is one of the must have supplements!  People use Turmeric for cooking, but now people are using it for their health.   There has been many studies done on how Turmeric has improved many medical conditions.  Turmeric has been traditionally used for centuries, by Ayuvedic and Chinese medicine.  Curcumin is the most powerful anti-inflammatory compound in Turmeric.  Turmeric has been used for its anti-aging benefits.  Curcuminoid Polyphenols is the antioxidant in Turmeric Root.

For this review, I received one bottle of Turmeric Curcumin - C3 Complex, with Bioperine!  I know that Turmeric is an excellent supplement and it can help improve your health.  I've research turmeric for sometime and I created a couple of Pinterest boards called, Turmeric/Curcumin/Cayenne Pepper/Curcuminoids and Cancer/Turmeric/Curcumin, where I continue to add more pins that are linked to turmeric and what it'll do for the body.  If you look at the list below, it's quite impressive!  At the bottom of the list, I'll leave links to the articles of where I found this information.

Here are a number of health benefits that Turmeric has been know to help:
  • Blood Sugar Imbalances
  • Insulin Resistance
  • Destroys Cancer Cells
  • Harmful Bacteria
  • Bad Cholesterol
  • Inflammation
  • Ease Arthritic Pain
  • Slows or Delays Liver Damage
  • Slows or Helps Reverse Alzheimer's Disease

This Turmeric Supplement is enhanced, with Bioperine for Greater Absorption and Bio-availability.  Bioperine is an extract from black pepper, which has been used in Ayurveda medicine.  Bioperine has been clinically tested in the United States and has been shown to significantly enhance the bio availability of nutrients, by increasing their absorption.  Just think how the Bioperine, increases the absorption of Turmeric and how it can help you to absorb other nutrients.

Here's the label, from the bottle of Turmeric Curcumin.  I love the fact that it does NOT have any stearates, silicone dioxide, fillers preservatives, artificial ingredients or binders!  It's hard to find supplements that do not have any magnesium stearate in it.  Magnesium Stearate is a flow agent additive that, over time can actually block the absorption of nutrients into your body and regular consumption of it is linked to the development of a harmful "biofilm" in the intestines that may cause digestive problems.  So, always read your labels, especially on supplements!

This is another one of my favorite products, that I would stand behind and highly recommend!
