Jiva Organics – Organic Coriander Powder

All herbs have some sort of health benefits.  Have you ever tried Coriander Powder yet?  Coriander is used mainly for cooking.  It has a very unique flavor, which is hard to describe.  It has a sweet floral, citrus, woodsy and maybe a nutty taste.  I have never tried Coriander, until this review and I love the flavor!

For this review, I received one seven ounce bag of Organic Coriander Powder!  After I received the bag of coriander, I did some research to see what the health benefits were.  I read an article called, 14 Health benefits of coriander.  The article states that the coriander will help lower blood sugar levels, digestion, settle an upset stomach, prevent flatulence, inflammation, urinary tract infections and quite a few other health benefits.  The best benefit is that it lowers bad cholesterol and raises the good cholesterol.

This herb is quite impressive!  I read another article called, Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum) Benefits, Side Effects and Reviews.  The article stated that Coriander seeds has a high reputation as a healing spice.  It's traditionally referred to as an "anti-diabetic" plant and in India it has been used for an anti-inflammatory purposes.

I have a Pinterest board called, Herb: Coriander/Cilantro and it has a lot of links to statements on the health benefits of Coriander!

This is another one of my favorite products, that I would stand behind and highly recommend!
