I thought that this book was AWESOME and I would highly recommend it! I've had back ailments off and on over my lifetime, but at the present it doesn't hurt. The reason I was excited to review this book, is that my husband has had back pain for sometime, probably due to inactivity. First, he had his knee replaced and he was not doing too much moving around, then his back started causing me a great deal of pain. I told him he needed to go to the chiropractor for years, but he wouldn't. I finally talked him into going to the chiropractor, since he was suffering so much and now he says that it does wonders for his back pain!
I'm totally into Holistic approaches for improving your health. In my books, it seems that all doctors want to do is prescribe some pain-killers, muscle relaxers or some other type of medication. Have you ever noticed that when you get your prescriptions filled, you get a sheet of paper, telling you all about that medication, along with all those nasty side effects? My husband has many health issues and believes in medications. I've seen how those medications, along with previous medications have caused many side effect for him. So, in my opinion, if you want to improve your health, try holistic approaches and see what it can do for you!
If you want to turn your back health around, it requires a paradigm shift! You'll have to be ready for the shift, it may not be easy. You will be introduced to a newer understandings, new views, new approaches, new habits and even a new type of lifestyle. Use this book as a tool and learn the effective secrets that will show you how you can have a pain-free back! This book is a must read, for people with back pain and I would definitely recommend it!
