Many people have high cholesterol, that could eventually turn into heart disease.  There's no time like the present to try and turn that around.  Omega 3 can improve your health or help you maintain it.  Omega 3 contains EPA and DHA, which are essential fatty acids that can benefit your health.  They can lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglyceride levels, while increasing good cholesterol (HDL).  By adding Omega 3 to your daily regimen, it can help support a healthier cardiovascular system, lower blood pressure, improve circulation, brain function and even boost the immune system!

How Can Omega 3 Improve Your Health?

For this review, I received one bottle of Optimal Omega 3!  Did you know that Omega-3 deficiency causes 96,000 deaths per year and it's the sixth biggest killer in the United States?  You body needs Omega 3 to live and if you can't get it from the foods you eat, it would be wise to take Omega 3 supplements!

The Optimal Omega 3 is a Burpless Fish Oil, that contains 600 mg DHA and 800mg EPA, which would be 1,400 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids.  Plus this Omega 3, is more than double of what's in lower quality fish oils!  The Optimal Omega 3 goes through a molecular distillation purification process, which removes the harmful toxins, such as mercury and PCB!

The most AWESOME thing about this Omega 3 is that it has been clinically shown to support heart, joint, skin and cognitive health!

Ingredients:
Optimal Omega 3 uses the finest fish oils, from Herring, Anchovy, Sardine, Salmon and Mackerel.  Other ingredients: gelatin, vegetable glycerin, purified water, natural vitamin E, enteric coating and soy.

Directions:
2 Softgels taken 1 to 2 times per day, preferably with meals.

This is another one of my favorite products, that I would stand behind and highly recommend!
