Putting Peppermint Oil in the diffuser is very soothing.  You can even use it as an air freshener, by putting 4-5 drops of Peppermint Oil in water, then pour the solution into a spray bottle.  Even putting a few drops of the oil in the bottom of your trash can and diaper pail can help eliminate odors.  Let me tell you about the other ways you can use Peppermint Oil!

How To Use Peppermint Oil!

For this review, I received one bottle of La Lune Naturals Peppermint Oil!  Are You prone to headaches or migraines?  Massage Peppermint Oil on your temples and the base of your skull around your hairline to release tension.  The oil helps to reduce stress, headaches and anxiety.

Did you know that spiders and ants don't like the smell of Peppermint Oil?  Even ticks dislike the smell of Peppermint Oil and they will release their grip once the oil is applied.

You can use Peppermint Oil for discomfort and pain.  My husband has diabetic nerve damage and he experiences mild to extreme pain in his feet.  The Peppermint Oil helps to alleviate his pain, so I rub the oil on his feet every night.  The aroma of Peppermint Oil smells AWESOME!

The Useful Ways To Use Peppermint Essential Oil!
