Coconut Oil has high levels of medium chain triglycerides, such as lauric acid and caprylic acid.  The medium chain triglycerides are know as the "Good Fats" and the body can use the good fats to produce energy.  The Coconut Oil Softgels may even help the liver to be more efficient in burning energy and maintaining a healthy weight.  Coconut Oil helps improve your metabolism, immune system, lowers cholesterol and improves the thyroid function.  Coconut Oil is even effective in treating Candida!  Coconut Oil gives your skin and hair, what it needs to look healthy and youthful!

Coconut Oil Is A Superfood!

For this review, I received one bottle of the Coconut Oil Softgels!  These softgels are made out of 100% Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, plus they do NOT contain preservatives, soy, artificial colorings or stearates!  The best part of all, is that they're GMO and Gluten Free, as well as Vegan Safe.  You only need two softgels a day, one in the morning and one in the evening for a total daily dosage of 2000mg.

I've been taking Coconut Oil for years and the softgels make it easier.  My husband doesn't like the taste of Coconut Oil, so the softgels work great for him.  Coconut Oil is beneficial for the body and I would highly recommend it!
