Coconut Oil is the "new" healthy cooking oil for cooks. Coconut Oil is the vegan friendly way to replace butter, shortening or vegetable oils, plus it's healthier! You can use it on bread, veggies, popcorn and just about everything else. I like it on pasta! Coconut Oil isn't just for cooking!
The Many Ways To Use Coconut Oil!For this review, I received BioFinest Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil! I've been using Coconut Oil for years, it's my go-to oil. I use it as a chemical free skin moisturizer and for a hair treatment. I've even used it as a face wash! It penetrates deep into the skin tissue, clarifying, moisturizing and cleansing the most sensitive types of skin. I know it sounds weird to use an oil for a facial cleanser, but you'd be surprised at how great it works. It can be used as a shaving cream, eye makeup remover and you can mix it with sugar to make a exfoliating scrub. I even make my own toothpaste with coconut oil and activated charcoal.
People even use coconut oil as a supplement and it's very healthy for you! The BioFinest Coconut Oil contains 50% lauric acid and 62% medium chain triglycerides. You can consume 1-3 Tbsp of coconut oil daily for a healthy supplement regimen.
One of the newest uses for Coconut Oil is "Oil Pulling"! All you do is swish 1 Tbsp of coconut oil around in your mouth for 20 minutes daily, which helps to kill harmful bacteria in your mouth! You can detoxify your body, by doing oil pulling!
The BioFinest Coconut Oil absorbs easily into the skin and it does taste pretty good. I would highly recommend it! There are many uses for Coconut Oil, so check out my Pinterest board!
